Holidaysim was not born from nothing. It comes from years of experience in telecommunications, understanding the market and seeing what people really needed.

We started with Grupo Enertel, which has always been involved in the telecommunications world. But over time we realized that in order to continue growing, we had to diversify. So we created Telvacom, which is in charge of marketing, market research and generally making sure that we are offering what customers are really looking for.

And throughout this process, we realized something very clear: the issue of roaming and connectivity abroad was still a problem for many people. It was expensive, complicated and, in many cases, a headache. So we thought: " Hey, we have the experience, we have the team, we have the infrastructure... why don't we create a solution for this?" And so HolidaySim was born.

The good thing is that we didn't start from scratch. We have our own call center, so customer service is direct and personalized. Our technical support team is there to help at all times, and with Telvacom behind us, we make sure people know and understand how the service works.

In the end, this is not just another eSIM company. It is the result of years of work, experience and a team that knows what it does. We come from a strong group with a long history, and what we want now is to continue growing and consolidate ourselves as one of the best options for travelers.
